Our Rules of Play
At UrbanDunes, we strive to create a safe, fun, and clean environment where children can explore, play, and let their imaginations run wild. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors, we ask that parents, guardians, and children follow a few simple rules.
These guidelines help us maintain a stress-free, friendly, and safe play space for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation—we can’t wait to see you at UrbanDunes!

Only children 9 years old and under are allowed in the sandbox play areas.

Shoes are not permitted in the sandboxes.

Parents and guardians must always remain on-site and are responsible for their children. UrbanDunes employees are not responsible for any child visiting.

Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the sandboxes and may only be consumed in the designated eating area.

Adults must sign a liability waiver to enter. We recommend filling it out before your arrival. The waiver only needs to be signed once.

Outside toys are not allowed in the sandboxes. If your child brings one in, we will ask that it be stored in a cubby.

No throwing sand. Sand and toys must remain inside the sandboxes at all times.

Running, screaming, climbing, grabbing, or wrestling are not allowed.

UrbanDunes is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.
